The DOE through the Natural Gas Management Division (NGMD) should ensure that its permitting authority will not prove to be a barrier to the natural gas industry players who wish to set up natural gas facilities and infrastructure in the country.
Pursuant to Department Circular Nos. 2002-08-005 and 2002-07-004 the following are the checklist of requirements for permitting applications of the gas infrastructure projects, and supply of natural gas:
