The Department of Energy (DOE) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) convened the inaugural Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) meeting under their three-year technical cooperation project to conduct a nationwide inventory of hydropower potential sites, aiming to harness the country’s rivers to power the Philippines’ clean energy future.
