The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all stakeholders and other interested parties to submit their comments on the draft DOE-DPWH Circular No. 4, Series of 2024 titled, "Providing Policy Governing the Implementation of the Relocation and Payment of Electric Poles/Facilities owned by the Electric Cooperatives affected by the Implementation of Government Projects". 

Attached are the copy of the draft Joint Circular and the Template of Comments for your submission. 

The deadline for submission of comments is on or before 13 September 2024.
