CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties and stakeholders to submit their comments on the draft Department Circular, titled “Adopting Amendments to the Market Operator Performance Standard (MOPS)”. 

The deadline for submission of comments is on 19 January 2024.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) Providers are those who sells, constructs, installs, maintains, owns, or operates EVCS or any of its components for a fee.

Under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0011 – EVCS Providers Accreditation and EVCS Registration Guidelines, the following are the Accredited EVCS Providers as of 01 January 2024:

Electric Vehicles (EVs) refer to vehicles with at least one (1) electric drive for vehicle propulsion.

Under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0012 - Guidelines on the Electric Vehicle (EV) Recognition and Adoption of EV Standard Classification on Road Transport for Incentive Eligibility Pursuant to Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA), the following are the DOE-recognized EVs as of 1 January 2024.
