Electric Vehicles (EVs) refer to vehicles with at least one (1) electric drive for vehicle propulsion.

Under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0012 - Guidelines on the Electric Vehicle (EV) Recognition and Adoption of EV Standard Classification on Road Transport for Incentive Eligibility Pursuant to Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA), the following are the DOE-recognized EVs as of 03 November 2023:

CALL FOR COMMENTS

The Department of Energy, through Financial Services, requests interested parties and stakeholders for comments and recommendations on the draft Department Circular titled "Guidelines on the Conduct of Audit and Reportorial and Remittance Obligations of Upstream Conventional and Renewable Energy Service Contractors, Small-Scale Coal Mining Permittees, Accredited Coal Traders, Power Generating Companies, and Energy Resource Developers including Reportorial Obligation of Coal End-users".

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) Providers are those who sells, constructs, installs, maintains, owns, or operates EVCS or any of its components for a fee.

Under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0011 – EVCS Providers Accreditation and EVCS Registration Guidelines, the following are the Accredited EVCS Providers as of 01 November 2023:
