The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit comments on the following draft Department Circulars:
- Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules and its Market Manual on Billing and Settlement for the Implementation of Enchancements to WESM Design and Operations (Provisions for Prudential Requirements); and
- Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules and Market Manual on Dispute Resolution.
