• The Mexico-Concepcion 230kV Line 1 and Cabanatuan-Pantabangan 230kV Line were restored at 2:27PM and 3:36PM, respectively. Power transmission services are currently being extended to parts of Nueva Ecija. Two (2) 230kV lines remain unavailable, particularly the Mexico-Hermosa 230kV Line 1 and San Rafael-Cabanatuan 230kV Line 1.

• NGCP has deployed 40 line gangs comprised of over 300 personnel and two choppers to inspect and assess the impact of the typhoon to its operations and facilities. Aerial inspection and simultaneous restoration activities are being conducted on areas already accessible. 
• Please note that this update pertains only to the status of the transmission network. Localized disturbances may be better addressed by the concerned Distribution Utility (DU). 

• Specific cities and municipalities affected by the unavailable transmission facilities are determined by concerned DUs, unless the outage affects the entire franchise area.

*C. Distribution Sector*

*_Electric Cooperatives_* 

• Based on Power Monitoring Report as of 01:00 PM, a total of (51) ECs from thirty-one (31) provinces and seven (7) regions were placed under different Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals.

• Out of fifty-one (51) ECs, thirty-one (31) are in normal operation while thirteen (13) ECs experienced partial power interruption and seven (7) ECs are in total power interruption due to unavailable transmission lines. 

• The initial damage cost is estimated at around Php 2,452,805.10 from three (3) ECs such as PELCO III, ZAMECO II, and QUEZELCO II.

• As of 3:00 PM on 26 September 2022, MERALCO reported 32,816 (0.44%) of the 1,237,826 total customers affected remain for restoration. Customers still out are mostly affected by flood and localized troubles. Line Patrol/clearing, damaged assessment, and repair is on-going. There are 2,628 personnel on duty and 611 crews deployed for their restoration activities.

• The following PDUs experienced momentary trippings but were immediately restored and back to NORMAL OPERATIONS:

• Dagupan Electric Corporation (DECORP) - reported one (1) power interruption.

_REGION III_
• Olongapo Electric Distribution Company, Inc. (OEDC) – reported two (2) power interruptions due to sparking/cut primary loop and auto-trip.
• IEC San Fernado Electric and Power Company, Inc. (SFELAPCO) - reported thirteen (13) power interruptions due to damaged equipment and fallen trees.

_REGION IV-A_
• Ibaan Electric Corporation (IEC) - reported one (1) power interruption.

*D. Downstream Oil Industry Facilities* 

1. As of 12:00 PM, no reported oil supply shortage was received.

2. All bulk facilities reported no damage and are operational.

3. For retail outlets, 99.56% of retail outlets are operational with the following breakdown per region:

a. Region 3: 98.31% are operational. 

b. Region 4A: 99.49% are operational.
