Charging Fee refers to the amount imposed on EV users in exchange for the use of commercial use charging stations whose individual components shall be unbundled pursuant to Section 11(j) of the EVIDA-Implementing Rules and Regulations (EVIDA-IRR).

Under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0010 - Guidelines on the Unbundling of Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) Charging Fee Pursuant to Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA), the following are the EVCS Charging Fees of the registered location/stations as of 01 December 2023:

Electric Vehicles (EVs) refer to vehicles with at least one (1) electric drive for vehicle propulsion.

Under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0012 - Guidelines on the Electric Vehicle (EV) Recognition and Adoption of EV Standard Classification on Road Transport for Incentive Eligibility Pursuant to Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA), the following are the DOE-recognized EVs as of 1 December 2023:

Electric  Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) Providers are those who sells, constructs, installs, maintains, owns, or operates EVCS or any of its components for a fee. 

Under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0011 – EVCS Providers Accreditation and EVCS Registration Guidelines, the following are the Accredited EVCS Providers as of     01 December 2023:
