Call for Comments on the Revised Draft Department Circular: Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules and WESM Market Manual for the Implementation of Enhancements to WESM Design and Operations

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit comments on the revised Draft Department Circular, entitled “ADOPTING FURTHER AMENDMENTS TO THE WHOLESALE ELECTRICITY SPOT MARKET (WESM) RULES AND WESM MARKET MANUAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENHANCEMENTS TO WESM DESIGN AND OPERATIONS (Provisions for the Certification and Registration of WESM Compliance Officers and Accreditation of Training and Certification Service Providers).”
