The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit comments and recommendations on EPIRA Amendments.

You may download the attached word file of the matrix containing the exact provisions of the EPIRA law to guide you in your submission.

Deadline of submission is on or before 22 October 2022 to be sent to the EPIMB with details as follows:

Opening of bidswill be held on the same day, 26 October 2022, Wednesday at 9:30AM at Audio Visual Room located at Databank Building.
