Request for comments on the draft Department Circular on" Promulgating the Rules and Guidelines Governing the Establishment of the Green Energy Option Program (GEOP) Pursuant to Section 9 of the Renewable Energy Act of 2008"

The Department of Energy (DOE) is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the  draft DC on GEOP .
