Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Department of Energy (DOE), the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), and the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC) will jointly hold a Public Consultation on June 16, 2014, Monday, 9:00 a.m. at Dusit Thani Manila Hotel, Ayala Centre, Makati City, to solicit comments, suggestions and recommendations on the WESM Offer Cap, which is currently set at Php32,000.00 per megawatt-hour or P32.00 per kilowatt-hour.
