Only matters such as new Standards Compliance Certificate (SCC) and Certificate of Compliance (COC) applications, especially for Retail Outlets, as well as the validation/authentication of documents, which CANNOT BE DONE VIRTUALLY, may be subject to IN-PERSON VISITS.

However, please be advised that DOE-Luzon Field Office (LFO) is implementing a STRICT APPOINTMENT POLICY.

This means that visitors with NO CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT with the Office will be DENIED ENTRY to our premises. To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure that you have SECURED AN APPOINTMENT WITH DOE-LFO before heading to the Office.
