“BE INFORMED: DOE Updated list of Recognized EVs” Electric Vehicles (EVs) refer to vehicles with at least one (1) electric drive for vehicle propulsion. Under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0012 - Guidelines on the Electric Vehicle (EV) Recognition and Adoption of EV Standard Classification on Road Transport for Incentive Eligibility Pursuant to Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA), the following are the DOE-recognized EVs as of 01 August 2023:

“BE INFORMED: DOE Accredited EVCS Providers” Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) Providers are those who sells, constructs, installs, maintains, owns, or operates EVCS or any of its components for a fee. Under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-05-0011 – EVCS Providers Accreditation and EVCS Registration Guidelines, the following are the Accredited EVCS Providers as of 01 August 2023:

Call for Comments on the Draft Department Circulars (DCs) on the Proposed Amendments to the Test and Commissioning Policy and Various Draft DCs Related to Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules and Manuals

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit comments on the draft Department Circulars entitled: i. Amending Certain Provisions of Department Circular No. DC2021-06-0013 on the Framework Governing the Test and Commissioning of Generation Facilities for Ensuring Readiness to Deliver Energy to the Grid or Distribution Network:
ii. Adopting further amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) rules and various market manuals (Provisions on Maximum Available Capacity):
iii. Amendments to the WESM Rules and Manual on Forecast Accuracy Standards on Matters Relating to Enforcement Proceedings: iv. Adopting amendments to the WESM rules and WESM manual on Dispatch Protocol (Provisions on the re-dispatching, reporting, and Market Intervention/Market Suspension procedures):
v. Adopting amendments to the WESM Rules and WESM Registration Manual in view of DOE DC2022-10-0031 “Declaring All Renewable Energy Resources as Preferential Dispatch Generating Units in the WESM Amending for this Purpose Department Circular No. DC2015-03-0001:
vi. Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Manual on Dispute Resolution regarding Disputes under the Retail Rules:
