The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments and inputs on the draft Department Circular (DC) titled, “Revised Omnibus Guidelines Governing the Award and Administration of Renewable Energy Contracts and the Registration of Renewable Energy Developers”. The said draft DC contains chapters specific to Onshore and Offshore Wind Energy.
