In compliance with the DOE Department Circular DC2017-11-0011, or the Revised Rules and Regulations Governing the Business of Retailing Liquid Fuels, all liquid fuels retail outlets operating in the Visayas shall apply for the required Certificate prior to commercial operation. The following shall be under the jurisdiction of the DOE – Visayas Field Office:
Certificate of Compliance for Regular Liquid Fuels Retail Outlets
Certificate of Compliance for Technology-Solution Retails Outlets
