• As of 6:00 AM on 16 December 2021, all power generation plants in the affected areas are under NORMAL OPERATION.

 Net Operational Margin: PM = 2121; EVE = 1975

VISAYAS (NORMAL)
 Available Capacity: 2628MW
 Peak Demand: 2028MW
 Regulating Reserve: 36MW
 Net Operational Margin: PM = 564MW; EVE = 326MW

MINDANAO (NORMAL)
 Available Capacity: 3023MW
 Peak Demand: 1715MW
 Regulating Reserve: 150MW
 Net Operational Margin: PM = 1239MW; EVE = 1209MW

*B. NPC Dam Status*

• As of 8:25 AM on 16 December 2021, all NPC dams are NORMAL (no spilling operation) except for the following dams with on-going spilling operation:
 Lake Lanao (Alert)
 Agus 4 (Alert)

*C. NPC Small Power Utility Group (SPUG)*

• As of 08:00 AM on 16 December 2021, there are two (2) NPC SPUGs that have no operations due to line fault:
 Hikdop DPP on Surigao Del Norte since 0740H, 16 December 2021 
 Talicud DPP on Davao Del Norte since 1755H, 15 December 2021 

*D. Transmission Lines*

• As of 09:00 AM on 16 December 2021, there is one (1) transmission line (Ormoc-San Isidro 69 kV) in VOM district 1 that is unavailable affecting BILECO, LEYECO III, DORELCO, LEYECO V.

*E. Distribution Utilities/Electric Cooperatives*

• Based on NEA’s Power Monitoring Report as of 1500H on 15 December 2021, the 28 Electric Cooperatives (ECs) in the typhoon path (Region VII, VIII, X and CARAGA) are under NORMAL OPERATION.

*F. Oil Supply Status*

_STATUS OF INVENTORY_

• As of 06 December 2021, per monitoring of submitted reports of the oil companies, the industry has enough inventory of finished products, including in-transit volume, to cover the fuel requirements in the affected regions: 
- Region I (32.1 days) 
- Region III (23.2 days)
- Region IV-A (28.3 days)
- Region IV-B (18.9 days)
- Region V (17.5 days)
- Region VI (16.0 days)
- Region VII (25.5 days)
- Region VIII (25.2 days)
- Region IX (28.3 days)
- Region X (58.7 days)
- Region XI (36.2 days)
- Region XII (16.6 days)
- Region XIII (21.1 days)
-NCR (6.4 days)

•For Region II, fuel requirements are coming from Regions 1 and 3.

_Status Downstream Oil Industry (DOI) Facilities_

• To date, there is no reported damage to DOI facilities and no disruption of oil supply. Operations are normal..
