NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PETROLEUM SERVICE CONTRACT (PSC)
Under the Philippine Conventional Energy Contracting Program (PCECP)
INVITATION FOR CHALLENGE
Interested applicants may likewise submit their respective applications over the aforementioned nominated area in accordance with, and subject to, the timeline and procedures stipulated under DC2017-12-0017 ("PCECP Circular and Guidelines"):

22 January 2025 - Nominating party published the existence of their application in The Philippine Star and Business Mirror.

11 February 2025, 0900H (Philippine Standard Time) – Pre-submission Conference to be held at the DOE Office of the Secretary - Big Conference Room (i.e., Twenty (20) calendar days from date of publication).

24 March 2025, 1100H (Philippine Standard Time) - Deadline for the submission of documents by other applicants or “challengers" (i.e., Sixty (60) calendar days from date of publication).
Challengers must therefore submit their complete application documents at the DOE Records Management Division, and pay the corresponding application ("challenge") fee of Php 1,000,000 at the DOE Treasury Division, on or before the said deadline

24 March 2025, 1330H (Philippine Standard Time) - Opening of the Application/Bid Documents to be held at the Emergency Sector Operations Center (ESEOC) Conference Room on the same day of submission deadline.
