ENGAGING THE PUBLIC: The Department of Energy (DOE) through the Energy Policy and Planning Bureau (EPPB) started a series of IECs last November 29 at the SunCity Suites in General Santos City. DOE-EPPB Assistant Director Carmencita A. Bariso entertained queries about the Philippine Energy Plan ‎‎2017-2040. The PEP serves as a blueprint of the Administration’s energy agenda and strategic directions to support the country’s economic development.
