The timeline for the offering of PDAs provided in the DOE Department Circular No. DC2017-12-0017 shall be adopted for the offering of the two (2) Pre-Determined Areas (PDAs) for petroleum development and production (PDA-PD-1 and PDA-PD-2) and two (2) PDAs for native hydrogen exploration (PDA-PH-1 and PDA-PH-2), as stipulated in Sections 4.3 and 8 of DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-12-0033 and Section 1 of DOE Department Circular No. DC2023-11-0031.
