Department of Energy Secretary Alfonso G. Cusi yesterday (13 November) met Mr. Andullatif Ibrahim Al-Mohanadi, Manager of the Ras Laffan Industrial City, which is the center of Qatar's natural gas operations.

Mr. Al-Mohanadi gave the Energy Chief a tour of the Industrial City, including a visit to the Ras Laffan Port, the biggest petrochemicals export port in the world.

Joining Secretary Cusi are Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar Alan Lim Timbayan, PNOC President Admiral Reuben S Lista (ret), DOE Undersecretary Donato D. Marcos, and other personnel of the Philippine Embassy in Qatar.
