Call for Comments and Invitation to the Public Consultation on the Draft Implementing Rules and Regulations to Republic Act No. 11371 also known as "Murang Kuryente Act"

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the working Draft Implementing Rules and Regulations to Republic Act No. 11371, An Act Reducing Electricity Rates by Allocating a Portion of the Net National Government Share from the Malampaya Natural Gas Project for the Payment of the Stranded Contract Costs and Stranded Debts" also known as "Murang Kuryente Act".
