Request for Proposals/Comments on the Draft Department Circulars

CALL FOR PROPOSALS/COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy (DOE) is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their proposals/comments on the following:

  1. Draft Department Circular, "Amending Certain Provisions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement Act No. 9136, Entitled "Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001" (EPIRA-IRR); and
  2. Draft Department Circular, "Providing the Framework for the Operation of Embedded Generators and Self-Generation Companies"

Proposals/comments will be accepted on or before 30 September 2018 to:
