Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), National Biofuels Board (NBB), National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) and Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) hereby adopt the following guidelines that shall govern the biofuel feedstocks production, biofuels and biofuel blends production, distribution and sale for the information, guidance and compliance of all concerned.
