In the exigencies of the service, Undersecretary Raul B. Aguilos, CESO I, is hereby delegated to sign the Request for Publication of Vacant Positions to be submitted to the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for publication in their Bulleting of Vacant Positions pursuant to the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (ORAOHRA).
