The Philippine Energy Labeling Program (PELP) Product Registration System for Air conditioners, Refrigerating Appliances, and Television Sets will be moved to January 10, 2022. This is to ensure the system’s integrity and to be able to serve you better.  All Importers, Manufacturers and Distributors of Air Conditioners, Refrigerating Appliances and Television Sets are enjoined to register through the PELP System at pelp.doe.gov.ph.
