Notice is hereby given to all parties to comment on the draft Department Circular Implementing the Philippine National Standard Specification for Biofuels - Coconut Methyl Ester (PNS/DOE QS 002:2021)

All comments and suggestions must be received on or before May 14, 2022. Any proposed change to the specifications must be supported with technical explanation / justification and emailed to tcppa.oismd@doe.gov.ph.
