a. “Preferential Dispatch of all RE Plants in the WESM”

b. "RETF Guidelines" 

c. “Opt-In Mechanism”

d. “Adopting Amendments to the Renewable Energy Market (REM) Rules” 

Please be reminded to submit your comments and/or inputs for each DC using the prescribed template on or before 22 March 2022 at remb9513@doe.gov.ph.

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy, through the Electric Power Industry Management Bureau, hereby requests interested parties and stakeholders for comments and recommendations on the Draft Department Circular entitled “Supplementing Department Circular No. DC2021-10-0031 for the Transparent and Efficient Procurement of Ancillary Services by the System Operator.”
