Request for Comments on the Draft Circular Providing for the Amendments to Rule 29 Part (A) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9136 (EPIRA-IRR)

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy (DOE) is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the  draft Department Circular, should there be no inputs or comments received by  doe.er194@gmail.com, on said Circular on or before 22 June 2018, the DOE shall resume your concurrence with the provisions of said draft Circular.

Attached is the Draft Circular Providing for the Amendments to Rule 29 Part (A) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9136 (EPIRA-IRR).
