PUBLIC CONSULTATION and CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy, through the Electric Power Industry Management Bureau, is hereby requesting all interested parties and stakeholders for comments and recommendations on the draft Department Circular entitled “Prescribing the Policy for the Transparent and Efficient Procurement of Ancillary Services by the System Operator”
