The Department of Energy (DOE) is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the Draft Department Circular: Implementing Guidelines on the Preparation and Development of the Annual Work Program Under Section 6(a), Rule 29 (A) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9136, Otherwise Known as "Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001".
