This is to inform the public that the 180-day application period for the Pre-Determined Areas (PDAs) offered under the Philippine Conventional Energy Contracting Program (PCECP), as prescribed under the DOE Department Circular No. DC2017-12-0017 (“The PCECP Circular”), is hereby extended in order to provide additional time for applicants and other interested parties to submit their complete application documents.

Henceforth, the PDA application deadline has been moved from 21 May 2019 to 19 August 2019 1100H.
