The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit comments the following draft Department Circulars:

A. Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules and New WESM Compliance Officers (WCO) Accreditation Manual

B. Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Market Manual Metering Standards and Procedures (Provisions for Technical Requirements and Site-Specific Loss Adjustment Procedures)

C. Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Market Manual on Protocol for Central Scheduling and Dispatch of Energy and Contracted Reserves for the Implementation of Enhancements to WESM Design and Operations

D. Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules and Market Manual on Information Disclosure and Confidentiality (Provisions for Exceptions for Confidentiality)

E. Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Market Manual on Dispatch Protocol (Provisions for Must-Run Unit Accounting)
