Call for Comments on Various DOE Proposed Policies

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the following of the draft Department Circulars:

  1. Adopting Further Amendments to the WESM Rules and its Market Manuals on Metering for the Implementation of Enhancements to WESM Design and Operation (Provisions to Metering Standards and Metering Service Providers' Performance);
  2. Adopting Further Amendments to the WESM Market Manual on Registration, Suspension, and De-Registration Criteria and Procedures for the Implementation of Enhancements to WESM Designand Operation; and
  3. Adopting Further Amendments to the WESM Rules, Retail Rules and Various Market Manuals for the Implementation of Enhancements to WESM Design and Operations (Provisions to Promote Participation in the Retail Market).
