The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit comments on the draft Department Circular entitled, "Adopting Further Amendments to the Wholesale Elecricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules and its Market Manual on Registration for the Implementation of Enhancements to WESM Design and Operations (Provisions for De-registration and Cessation)".
