The Department of Energy, through the Electric Power Industry Management Bureau, requests interested parties and stakeholders for comments and recommendations on the draft Department Circular entitled “PRESCRIBING THE POLICY FOR THE DISTRIBUTION UTILITIES’ MANDATORY CONDUCT OF COMPETITIVE SELECTION PROCESS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF POWER SUPPLY FOR THE CAPTIVE MARKET”.
