“The Department of Energy is pleased to announce that we will be conducting a Virtual Public Consultation which will be held through MS Teams to discuss the draft Department Circular, entitled “Providing Policies for the Effective Utilization of Ancillary Services in the Grid through Causer Pays Mechanism

In this regard, we would like to invite your designated representative/s to attend and participate in the aforementioned public consultations. For reference, attached are copies of the draft DC and the provisional program of activities.
