Pursuant to Section 22 of Department Circular No. DC2023-12-0036, Section 21 of Department No. DC2023-12-0037, and Section 25 of Department Circular No. DC2023-12-0038, this advisory for Designated Establishments (DEs) is hereby issued for the effective implementation of Republic Act No. 11285 or the "Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act" (EEC Act), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and related issuances. |
