Under Republic Act No. 9136 or the Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001 (EPIRA), the Department of Energy (DOE) shall ensure a reliable, stable and secure power supply in the country and monitor private sector activities relative to energy Projects.

CALL FOR COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT DC PROVIDING POLICIES FOR THE EFFECTIVE UTILIZATION OF ANCILLARY SERVICES IN THE GRID THROUGH CAUSER PAYS MECHANISM

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties and stakeholders to submit their comments on the draft Department Circular, entitled "Providing Policies for the Effective Utilization on Ancillary Services in the Grid through Causer Pays Mechanism".

The deadline for submission of comments is on 17 May 2024.

Call for Comments on the Draft Department Circular (DC) entitled Prescribing the Certification of Energy Conservation Officers (ECO) through TESDA’s Micro-credentials Program (MCP) and Certification

CALL FOR COMMENTS:

The Department of Energy (DOE), through the Energy Utilization Management Bureau, solicits the comments and inputs on the following:

A. Draft Department Circular on the “Prescribing the Certification of Energy Conservation Officers (ECOs) through TESDA’s Micro-credentials Program (MCP) and Certification”

 

All interested individuals, and stakeholders may send comments at doe.eumb@gmail.com and doe.epmpd@gmail.com on or before 12 April 2024.

Likewise, after gathering all comments from the energy stakeholders, the DOE-EUMB will be scheduling a Public Consultation (Pubcon) for the finalization of the said Department Circular. The revised version of these materials will be sent before the PubCon to serve as your reference.
