The Department of Energy is pleased to announce that we will be conducting a Public Consultation which will be held on the schedules indicated in the table below to discuss the following draft Department Circulars:

1. Draft DC Amending Certain Provisions of DC No. DC2021-06-0013 entitled, "Adopting A General Framework Governing the Test and Commissioning of Generation Facilities for Ensuring Readiness to Deliver Energy to the Grid or Distribution Network";
2. Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules and FAS Manual on Matters Relating to Enforcement Proceedings and Actions;
3. Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules and WESM Registration Manual in view of DOE DC2022-10-0031 “Declaring All Renewable Energy Resources as Preferential Dispatch Generating Units in the WESM Amending for this Purpose Department Circular No. DC2015-03-0001”;
4. Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules and Various Manuals regarding Maximum Available Capacity;
5. Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules and WESM Manual on Dispatch Protocol regarding Enhancements and Updating of the System Operator’s Re-Dispatching, Reporting and Market Intervention/Market Suspension Procedures; and
6. Proposed Amendments to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Manual on Dispute Resolution regarding Disputes under the Retail Rules.
