The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments on the following of the draft Department Circulars:

  • Adopting Further Amendments To The Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules And Market Manuals For The Implementation Of Policy And Framework Governing The Operations Of Embedded Generators

  • Adopting Further Amendments To The Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Rules And Market Manuals To Harmonize Market Operator Timelines With R.A. 11234 (“Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop Act)

  • Adopting Further Amendments To The Market Manual On Procedures For The Monitoring Of Forecast Accuracy Standards For Must Dispatch Generating Units
