INTERNATIONAL STUDY VISIT: The Department of Energy (DOE) warmly welcomed members of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) of the Royal Government of Bhutan on 18 June at the agency’s headquarters in Taguig.  

DOE-Consumer Welfare and Promotion Office (DOE-CWPO) Division Chief Helen B. Arias, together with Mr. Andy F. Ulgado, Division Chief of the Renewable Energy Management Bureau-Hydropower & Ocean Energy Management Division (REMB-HOEMD), shared information about Hydropower Design Development and inspection and compliance of development projects to the MOEA delegates.
