Department of Energy Assistant Secretary Leonido J. Pulido III delivers a presentation for the segment on Energy and Security during the US Embassy sponsored seminar entitled, "Reporting on Maritime Issues".

The event was held at Hotel Jen in Pasay City with various topics presented by subject matter experts coming from the Philippine Government, NGOs and the academe.
