*A. Status of Affected NPC SPUG Facilities as of 0800H, 15 September 2021*

• There were a total of 54 Diesel Power Plants (DPPs) and one (1) Power Barge affected by TY “JOLINA” in the SPUG areas in Southern Luzon, Eastern Visayas and Western Visayas. 

• As of 8:00am on 15 September 2021, the Marinduque Grid is operational and now at 96% Energized Barangays and 97.41% Energized Households. Ongoing inspection and insulation resistance testing is being conducted. 

*B. Status of Power Restoration of Affected Electric Cooperatives*

• The following are the affected ECs with their percentage of household connections that have been restored:

 TISELCO: 17,715/19,676 (90.03%)
 BILECO: 31,774/39,105 (81.25%)
 SAMELCO II: 93,846/94,168 (99.66%)
 ESAMELCO: 91,022/93,556 (97.29%)

• NEA reported a total of 1,574,659 out of 1,593,198 or 98.84% household connections that have been restored in the affected ECs as of 1500H on 14 September 2021. 

• The total estimated damage cost of affected ECs as of 14 September 2021 amounts to PHP20,771,470.28. Shown below is the breakdown of the damage cost reported by the affected ECs:

• BATELEC I, BATELEC II, QUEZELCO I, FLECO, ROMELCO, TIELCO, ALECO, CEBECO II, NORSAMELCO, SAMELCO I, DORELCO, LEYECO II, LEYECO III, LEYECO IV, LEYECO V and SOLECO experienced power interruptions but are back to NORMAL OPERATIONS.
