RPS On-Grid Rules under Department Circular No. DC2017-12-0015 was signed on 22 December 2017. It is a market-based policy that requires Mandated Participants to source a portion of their generation from eligible RE facilities.  RE Certifcate (REC) which is equivalent to 1MWh can be generated from sources enumerated in Section 15 of said Circular.  In view thereof, we are posting the list of eligible RE facilities that can produce RECs for compliance to the RPS On-Grid Rules.
