A Committee on Decorum and Investigation of Sexual Harassment Cases (CODISH) for personnel higher than first and second level employees is hereby created, to be composed of the following:

Chairman	:	Assistant Secretary (preferably a female)
Members	:	Three (3) composed of Directors/Assistant Directors
		One (1) lawyer

The CODISH shall be composed of a total of five (5) members, at least three (3) of which shall be women, and at least two (2) of which shall be lawyers.
