Designating the Members of the National Government Technical Working Group on the Privatization of the Agus-Pulangi Hydropower Complex and Other Power Related Issues in the Bangsamoro Region
WHEREAS, during the 3rd Meeting of the Intergovernment Relations Body, it was agreed that the matter of Privatization of the Agus-Piulangi Hydropower Complex (APHC) be referred to the Intergovernmental Energy Board (IEB).
