Pursuant to Department Circular No. 2008-09-0004 dated 24 September 2008 and in order to facilitate the processing and accreditation of Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) in the Philippines, the Committee on the Accreditation of ESCOs is hereby created to be composed of the following DOE personnel.
