WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 11234, An Act Establishing the Energy Virtual One-Stop Shop for the Purpose of Streamlining the Permitting Process of Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution Projects otherwise known as the EVOSS Act was signed into law on 8 March 2019.
