Designating an Undersecretary or any Other Appropriate Officer to Sign the Letter of Authority in the Implementation of the Nationwide Intensification of Household Electrification (NIHE) Program for 2017
Pursuant to the Department Order No. 2017-06-0008 specifically the issuances of orders, memoranda, circulars, letters ans related communication, the Secretary, in exercise of this discretionary authority, may designate and/or authorize an official to sign on his behalf.
